Kim Arntz is a part of the Agriculture Department as well as a proud Petaluma High School alumni. She teaches Floriculture, Ornamental Horticulture, and Business Math. She teaches because, "No two days are ever the same." Students always have good ideas and thoughts to share with others. She enjoys water skiing.
Kylee Cecchini is part of our English Department. She teaches English 9, American Literature, and Junior Honors English. Bruce Crouch is a part of the Math Department. He teaches Algebra 1A, 1, and 2. He enjoys helping students being successful in math by developing positive support and teaching good work habits. He also enjoys golf, reading, traveling, and being with his family.
Michelle Cushing is a part of our Special Education Department. She teaches English and Study Skills. "Everyone has strengths and weaknesses and I teach because I like to celebrate students' strengths while working on their weaknesses!" Jane Decker is in both our Math Department and our Leadership Department. She teaches Geometry and Leadership. "I really love the subject and hope I can make someone's math experience that much better, plus I just like working with kids." Some of her hobbies include skiing, skating, and spending time with family.
Stephanie Dietrich is a part of the Math Department. She teaches Algebra 1A and Algebra II. She enjoys the challenge of helping students learn a subject that will open the door to many career opportunities. "I thoroughly enjoy the interaction with high school students!" Cliff Eveland is a part of the Fine Arts and Music Department. He is the Petaluma High School band and choir teacher. He enjoys teaching music, soccer, baseball, and skiing.
Deb Fitch is part of our Math Deparment. She teaches Algebra 1 and Algebra 1A. She teaches to
"Make math easier for kids who don't like it." Her hobbies include helping her daughter in 4H with dairy goats and volunteering with Safe Schools.
Janet Hurley is a part of the Fine Arts Department. She teaches photography and yearbook. "I enjoy working with young people, and I enjoy sharing subjects I love with someone else." She also enjoys traveling and hiking.
Mary Jackson is a part of the English and Visual and Performing Arts Departments. She teaches English 9, Multi-cultural Literature and Public Speaking. "I love my job! Students, literature, learning, other cultures, communication are all a part of my day. Who could ask for more?" Some of her hobbies include reading, traveling, cooking, and biking. Traveling is big in her family and they spend at least half of each summer exploring new places.
Linda Jacobson is a part of the Physical Education Department. She teaches Physical Education to ninth and tenth graders. "Desire to work with young people and physical activities, desire to work outdoors with the opportunity to 'have fun'." She enjoys exercising, jogging, walking, weight training, traveling, and wine tasting.
Patricia Jessup is a part of the Special Education Department. She teaches English and Study Skills. "Teaching enables me to blend my life and work experiences with passion." She enjoys jogging, movies, and hiking.
Coach Johnson is a part of the Physical Education Department. He teaches because he enjoys working with young people. He enjoys coaching, golf, and travel.
